Welcome to SaikouPsycho.jp! We’re stoked to have you here. Below is the important stuff—policies, rules, and whatnot—but written in a way that won’t bore you to death. Let’s go! 

 

PAYMENTS

We accept the following payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, and Apple Pay.

All payments are securely processed. Orders flagged as potentially fraudulent may be cancelled after review. If this happens, we will notify you promptly.

 

 

DISCOUNT CODE POLICY

We love a good deal, you love a good deal—but we keep it simple.
One discount per order—no stacking codes!
Make sure to pop your code in at checkout—we can’t add it after the fact.

 

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We’re currently only offering exchanges for radiator caps (yep, just those).

Here’s how we do things:

  • You’ve got 30 days to exchange.

  • the item must be in original condition (so we know it has not been used).

  • You cover the return shipping—fair's fair.

All other items? Final sale, baby.

DETAILS AND SHIPPING

Dispatch Schedule

All orders are processed and dispatched every Monday, after payment has cleared.

Shipping Times

  • Australia (Domestic): 1–2 weeks after processing.

  • International: 3–5 weeks after processing, depending on your location.

Tracking

Tracking numbers will be provided via email when available.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, depending on your local laws. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please triple-check your shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete information. If it’s wrong and your order goes missing—we can’t fix it

    If you’re rude or abusive—we’ll politely (but firmly) end the convo, and we have the right to do so. No time for bad energy :)
